Our range includes 7 series approved to UKCA 0086 standards. The BSI UKCA authentication code is 744814.Multiple shapes are available such as classic moulded cup shape, fold flat shape, preformed cup shape and multi-chamber reusable cup shape.

Among the many benefits offered by the respirators are: easily-adjustable straps; nose bridges which mould to the shape of the nose, defending against uncomfortable pinching and the need for constant readjustment; protection to help keep the product looking clean; an exhalation valve which aids with easy breathing even in uncomfortable environments; and a resilient design to ensure a longer lifespan.

These UKCA disposable dust masks are majorly used in Cement, coal industries, construction, textile, wood working, processing, pharmaceutical foundries, fertilizers, glass, paper industries and so on.

According to European Standard

Disposable Particulate Respirators approved to EN149:2001+A1:2009 are designed to reduce the wearer’s exposure to airborne particles. FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3  are different classes of respirator. They reduce the wearer’s exposure to airborne particles seperately by a factor of 4, 10, 20. No respirator is 100% efficient, as there will be leakage around the face seal, around the valve (if applicable) and through filter penetration.

Note:

  • WEL = Workplace Exposure Limit. A level of contamination (set by the HSE) of the concentration of an airbourne substance, above which level precautions must be taken if exposure takes place.
  • D label (dolomite dust test passed): maximum breathability even with really high dust levels.
  • “NR”: Used for a single shift only.
  • “R”: Re-used for a limited period.
